OUTLOOK DELETED EMAIL

I JUST GOT WINDOWS XP AND OFFICE PROFESSIONAL 2004. IN
OUTLOOK, I DELETED THE "DELETED" FILE OF EMAIL. AND WANT
TO RECOVER THAT. HOW DO I DO IT?

I don't really believe you. You can't delete the "Deleted Items" folder.
You can empty the folder, but you can't delete it. Now what is it you
really want?

Unless you have an Exchange Server with Deleted Item Retention enabled
or some sort of backups that you can restore you can't.
Also, for future posts, please turn off your CAPS LOCK key. It's hard
to read and makes it look like you're shouting.
