Outlook delegation - calender pop-ups

i have a secretary that is a delegate for one of my attorneys. She claims
she used to see his reminder popups on her machine when in outlook. I had a
tech run through all the options to see if there is a setting that the
secretary changed. We are at a loss.

Does anyone know where the correct setting is?

She probably doesn't remember correctly. Outlook displays reminders only for
items in her own default folders, unless she's using the tool from
http://www.slovaktech.com

so you are saying that even though the box is delegated, pop-ups only come
up on the local machine?

this is what i originally thought, i'm assuming she was just inserting
reminders into her own calender and getting those popups???

The machine doesn't matter. What matters is the default store. My guess is
that she was getting reminders from events in her own calendar.

naturally when i said machine, i was talking about the default outlook
profile (store) on that machine, per user.
