Outlook data files

I cannot get rid of duplicate data files, even following instructions on the
web site. HOw can I start fresh in Outlook with no data, default folder,
etc. When I delete all my data files in the local settings path to force it
to creat a new .pst file, it still seems to remember my duplicate folders and
presents them again. There must be some little file somewhere that is
remembering this.

What version of Outlook? In most versions you can just create a new profile
to get rid of duplicate sets of personal folders...
