I am receiving the following error when I try to turn off
or cancel a reminder, or delete any information from
outlook: "...the file c:\Documents and
Settings\...\outlook.pst cannot be accessed (cyclic
redundancy check).
I can still access Outlook, but don't seem to be able to
change anything inside it. I have backed up several
folders as .pst folders, and I may have the culprit
folder isolated.
What can I do to resolve the error with the outlook.pst
file. I have tried running the repair program on this
file with no success (I receive the same error)
If I need to delete outlook.pst, and start over by
importing the data I have backed up, what do I do? Will
all my accounts and preferences be deleted as well.
