Cannot copy Outlook: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Every time I'm trying to copy by outlook.pst to a different location, a usb
strorage or do a backup, I have the following message; Cannot copy Outlook:
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Could someone help.

If the PST file is on a hard drive, run chkdsk on the drive to rule out bad
sectors.

Outlook must be closed (and outlook.exe cannot be running in the background)
when you copy the PST file. Is that the case?
