So what happened to your Yahoo account from your original post?

How is the Forward configured?
You shouldn't create a rule based on the subject but based who it is was
sent to. I don't see how the domain name or email address is automatically
specified in each email received by a specific address.

If you have a proper "Forward" configured, then we are talking about a
"Redirect". In that case, the original address is still in the To field and
you can easily create a rule based on that.

Thanks for your reply, yahoo I mention for example, and after that told to
you relay environment.

Forwarding is happening like this. ABC.com Active directory domain user name
is (e-mail address removed) go properties. And go to Exchange General “Delivery
Options†then go to “FORWARD TO†from here I can search test.com domain
email users. (we configured the trust for both domains)test.com domain also
have same user ([email protected] ) I selected the
(e-mail address removed) user. If any one send email to (e-mail address removed)
it’s forwarding to (e-mail address removed) mail box. Hope everything is
clear. No issue with mail forwarding.

Now (e-mail address removed) user outlook profile when he open his inbox
there he can find number of emails from @abc.com domain. Abc.com domain users
are sending mails to (e-mail address removed) address. when he open his mail
box he can find both domains emails.

How to create rule to move all the (e-mail address removed) to Personal Folder
Sub Directory???

Hope you clear everything. Pease reply to me.

Thanks
namal

I tried to create rule like this :

New rule : where my name is in the TO or CC box and move to abc.com
folder.

When I configured the rule like that it’s moved all the test.com domain
emails to the folder.

Yes, because your main account is configured with the test.com domain. You
need to configure the rule with the condition "to abc.com".

Right click on an email message that was sent to (e-mail address removed) and choose
Create Rule. You can set the options you need there.
