outlook create folder

I am using xp Pro and for some reason I can't create a
new folder in my outlook address. I can create a new
contact a new group but the option of creating a folder
isn't available.

What do you mean "My Outlook Address?" Outlook uses the contacts folder for
storing contact information.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Rob asked:
