Outlook Outlook crashes

I'm no idiot. Ok maybe. Totally can't figure this out. Every time I try to attach somethig to an email in outlook (express 6) the program disappears. Disappears! It doesn't crash really just turns into nothingness. I've dumped my temp files, scanned with norton, spybot, ad-aware and they all say i'm clean. does anyone have a clue??

Only thing i could think of is to back up your e-mails and re-install Outlook, or Office?

May be one or several DBX files were corrupted? Outlook Express stores messages in these files. Try to use Repair Too for Outlook Expressl.
