Outlook Crashes - shlwapi.dll error

I use Outlook XP with an IMAP account. Every once in a
while outlook crashes. The error log says it's a problem
with shlwapi.dll error. I have all the latest windows and
office updates installed. I deinstalled the office suite
completely and installed it again. The problem still
exists.

Turn off logging (Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options) - there's a
bug in the Windows component that does the logging for IMAP.
