Outlook crashes right after starting :(

Thanks for looking. I'm getting the follow message when I open Outlook 2007.
It doesn't stay open long enough for me to do anything in it. I tried an
Office Repair, but that didn't solve it:

Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem signature: outlook.exe
" " 12.0.6316.5000
" " 4833a470
" " mcsorlib

It goes on from there. If you need more info, I'll list the rest of it.
I'm running Vista 32-bit. Am also recently using Windows Live Mail. I'm
wondering if the RSS feeds in Outlook, which are being duplicated in WLM
might have something to do with it? Dunno. Any help would be much
appreciated. Would like to avoid uninstalling Live Mail if at all possible,
but will if suggested.

This issue is most likely caused by an addin that you have installed which
uses .NET Framework 2 or higher. It will probably work when you run Outlook
in Safe Mode; Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe
