Outlook crashes every time I enter a phone number for a new contac

Is anyone else having this issue? I just installed Outlook 2007 and I can't
enter a phone number for any contacts. Seems strange.
 
At what exact point does it crashes?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
