Outlook crash when trying to add reply signature or change sinatur

I am running Outlook 2003. When I try to select my signature for forwards
and reply mail, Outlook crashes.

It also crashes when I try to selct another user sinature.

I have removed and reinstalled using 2 different disks and still have the
same problem. However the problem seems to only happen on one computer.

I am running it on three, all with licenses. The comp that it happens on
has an academic version, however, I have tried to reinstall using a regular
disk with the same problem.

Anyone else had this problem?
