I ve got office 2003 Professional (Complete Office Updates), Then I ve
install as stand alone BCM. When I want to create an BCM account, Outlook
crash (Microsoft Outlook has encounteres a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience)
I don't know if it helps, but when I install BCM it install SQLDE, and the
SQL systray icon shows empty inside the circle (of the icon, something like
"No Estate") But the service is running.

Thx.

I used to get a lot of that but after trying the BCM2 it seems to be a thing
of the past.
Which BCM do you have?

Chris first I would like to thank you for your answer.
Related to your question, I'm Using a Fresh Install of BCMV2 over Outlook
2003 Professional (Not previous BCM V1 installed).
Is there any way I can debug the error ?, I was searching in event viewer
for a more detailed error, but didn't found anything.
I think this feature will be very helpfull for my day to day work, so any
support is more than welcome.

Hi

Can you try doing a detect and repair of Office from the maintenance
mode.Does it happen when you open Outlook in the safe mdoe by going to run >
outlook /safe.Also have you tried clearing the cache under tools > options >
other advanced option > custom forms.

The problem was solved with add/remove programs > Office Professional 2003 >
