Outlook Contacts

For no reason each time I try to reply or forward an
email a small window opens telling me that a program is
trying to access my contacts in outlook and do I want to
give permission for this.

Has anyone encountered this.

I ran a virus check with Norton, fully updated and I am
clean.

Does anyone know that this is and how I can switch it off?

Chekc the COM Add-ins and see if ICQ might be
interfering. If not, disable the use of Word as your e-
mail editor and see if that solves the problem.
