outlook contacts

I am trying to export my contacts in outlook 2007 to Vista Mail and I get
the following message
CSV Import : you must map fieldsto at least one of these contacts
properties: Company, firstname last name etcetera etc email"

What does this mean????? Is it possible???

1. Export your current Windows (Mail) Contacts to a CSV file and carefully
examine its formatting.

2. Export your OL contacts to a CSV file & carefully edit its formatting
such that it's identical to that of #1 above.

3. Now import the CSV file you edited in #2.
