Outlook Contact List Export

If I export Contact list form Outlook to another program, are they deleted
from Outlook after the export?
 
Thanks for the info. I was concerned if I exported them I would loose them
from Outlook and have to re-input them which obviously would defeat the
purpose of an Export. Thanks again!

If you're moving data between two Outlook instances, export/import is NEVER
appropriate.
