I use Outlook 2003 and MSN Explorer on the road. I do not seem to have any trouble with syncing anything except my Contacts. I need help understanding the syncing process using the "Outlook Connector for MSN".

All of my Contacts are intact within Outlook 2003. However, only 20% are showing up in MSN Explorer Address Book. How can I reset and cause the Connector to reload all the contacts to MSN Explorer Address Book.

I am afraid to delete the Explorer Contacts - as they will also be deleted in Outlook. Is this a correct assumption?

Thank you.

copy the contacts to a new folder, and sync - this will either delete them
in the other program or copy them back. If you have 20% in msn, I'd probably
delete those and let outlook sync to MSN - as long as you have a copy in
another contacts folder, you won't have to worry about deletion.

if that still fails to copy all of them, see if you can notice any
similarities between the missing contacts - created in older versions of
outlook, have an attachment, certain fields filled in etc.This might help us
figure out why they aren't syncing.

In addtion to that see if there is a notification about this in the log;
In Outlook you'll see the Connector Toolbar in the below right corner. Click
Server Status-> Detailed Report...
