Outlook Connector error

Have Win 7, Outlook 2007 and installed latest Connector 14,0, to add my Hotmail in Outlook. All updates. Connector is integrated in Outlook and visible, but the Add New Account- button in Connector give no response. Nothing happends. Connector seems dead. Have tried to uninstall, restart both PC and Outlook several times and reinstall from fresh links. Alas! What may be wrong, folks...?
