Outlook command line parameters

Hi,
Pls help me with following.
I 'm using MS Outlook 2002 SP1
Does any command line parameter exist for Outlook
in order to stop it runing and quit it ? (free memory)
I'm using MS Windows XP and want that Outlook
stop runing. (I suggest to use command bat file for it )
