Back up .PST file from Command Line

Is there a command-line command for launching the backup tool that would back
up an Outlook .PST folder? Such a command would allow me to add this command
to the same batch file I use for backing up all of my other files (i.e.,
using XCOPY or ROBOCOPY, which are not suitable for an Outlook folder--due to
its sheer size and frequent modifications).

If you refer to the outlook backup addin that merely copies your data file
to a location & appends Backup to the name.
Its a complete copy of the file & not an incremental backup and as such
pretty similar to xcopy or any other copy
