When I close Outlook it leaves the Tasks list but is still running under
Processes. This just started happening can't figure out why. The problem
is, Outlook continues to download email so I cannot retrieve email from the
server when I am off site, it has already downloaded to this computer. How
do I close Outlook completely?

You can either use the Task Manager to stop it or you can find the program
that's keeping it open and stop that. Programs like WinFAX, Word (when used
as the mail editor), PDA sync, antivirus, or antispam can keep Outlook open.

Please see post related "Solution-Outlook not terminating/Outlook remains in system tray" dated 7/9.

Thanks,
Adarsh
