Outlook client does not open -- Incorrect Exchange Config

I attempeted to configure a new installation of Outlook 2003 to hit an
Exchange server. However, I incorrectly entered the info and now I cannot
even open the app to repair the settings.

How do I open Outlook to input the correct Exhcange settings?

Use the mail applet in the control panel to access/change e-mail account
settings.

Assuming you are using Windows XP, you need to switch to classic view to see
the mail applet icon. (The actual executable for the CP is MLCFG32.CPL)
