Outlook, change default save from HTML to Outlook Message Format?

Outlook seems to default to HTML whan saving messages to directories. I want
to save as outlook message format as defaul. savs time and makes files
tidier. Can anyone tell me how this can be set as a defaul in Outlook?
 
Outlook doesn't provide a setting to cover that.

I find it interesting that Bill has not had the forsight to enable outlook
files to be saved in an outlook format. Thanks fo your reply anyway.
