Has anyone received the following error message:

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 018f:7800cfa2.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you

Lynda--

You left out what version of Outlook you're using and you should always ID
your version (2003, XP, 2000? 97 or an OS if it's an OS problem, because it
*can matter.* Also when you get the error message, what are you trying to
do--open it up, create an appointment, compose an email, make a folder ect.?
Finally, when you go to Event Viewer by putting "eventvwr.msc" in your run
box and click on Application and then System do you get any helpful error
info at the time you get the one you posted?

These MSKBs may hit your problem for different versions since you didn't
give one--your Net-Folders add-in could be corrupted.

Hey CHad,

Thank you for your time and feedback. Sorry about the
lack of information. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000
SR1. I can no longer even open my outlook. When I try,
that is when I receive the error messege. I used it all
day yesterday without error. I use it primarily for
business and I'm pretty good about not opening junk, etc.

I tried to "run" eventvwr.msc. This is not an application
that my computer recognizes? The entire error message
reads:

OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 018f:7800cfa2.

I went ahead and sent an email while online and within
other programs using (File, Mail Recipient, etc.). My
Outlook can send and receive, I just can't open it.
