Exporting to a .csv file

I have Outlook 98 and run windows 98SE OS. When I try to
export my outlook "Contacts" file to a .csv file it fails
and "This program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down." The details read:
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module OLADD.FAE at 0187:6ef88c40.
