I'm afraid that does no good. What version of Outlook do you have? What
were you doing when this happened? Does it always happen?

Jeff,
I have Windows 98 and Outlook 2000. It happens everytime I close down my
Microsoft Outlook. After everything has closed, this message comes up.
It happens everytime I shut it down. Sorry for the delay in my response, but
I've been Thanksgiving.

I'm afraid I don't have a lot to suggest for that combination of Outlook
and Windows. You might check to see if you have any addins installed,
which often lead to problems on shutdown. Go to Tools -> Options -> Other
-> Advanced Options... -> Add-In Manager... to see your addins.
