Outlook Cant create file.

I have an exchange server and outlook 2003 running on a client pc. I have
cisco messaging system that will send a voicemail to my email address as an
attachment if no one answers the phone. The problem I am having is after I
open the attachment once, I can not open it again til after I completly exit
outlook and reopen outlook. The attachments will open with Windows Media
Player as a sound file. I can save the attachments to the desktop and play
them over and over with no problem. This issue is isolated to outlook.
Help. I have all service packs installed for OS and Office.

Do you get any errors when you try? Tried emptying the Outlook temp folder?
