Outlook can not find isp or server

Today I changed from Outlook Express to Outlook on my laptop. I did not get
mail all day. Then I find out that Outlook can not find the server or ISP or
something. I finally deleted my account and tried to reinstall it, using the
same settings as my desktop at work, which does recieve my mail. The laptop
gives me some kind of message about encryped server or something and then
tries unencrypted. I have no idea what it could be

You have not properly configured your mail account settings. Import the
settings from Outlook Express.
