outlook calender :colour face dates in the mont calender

I have a lot of dates in my calender, most time two or
three days conected. For myself the servey of my dates in
the month calender would be much better if the dates would
be in a colour face or coulor shaded.

Is this possible?
What i have to do to get the result.

If it is not possible by outlook 2000 - is it possible
with a newer version?

Outlook 2002 introduced color labels for appointments, if that's what
you mean...
