Outlook Calendar

Our company uses a Public Calendar for all company related activities. There
is generally one person who enters events, meetings, etc. On some of the
other computers, an event entered for a certain day, shows up on the other
computer as 2 days. I've gone to the computer of the person who set it up
and the event will be flagged as an "All Day Event". On my computer it shows
as 1 AM to 1AM, so it spans 2 days. What do I need to check and change on my
individual computer? My Computer clock and date are set correctly, and so is
the one for the person who set it. The time zone is correct. I'm stuck as
to what this problem could be.

Any ideas?

If MS would add an option like they have in version 3 of SharePoint to remove
times for all day events, it would solve the problem.

I think that we figured out that one of our salesmen was in another time zone
with his Smartphone, which is synchronized with the Outlook Calendar. When
Daylight Savings happened, it corrected itself...kind of. We had other
issues, but once complete, it is all on track now.

Thank you.
