Outlook Calendar Won't Allow Items to be Moved or Created

One of our users is experiencing problems with his own Calendar in Outlook
2003 where he cannot create any items/appointments or move an appointment.
When he tries to move an item to a different day then a message that says
something like "Outlook could not move the selected item, it may not have
been deleted".

I have checked the permissions for his own calendar and he is set to owner.
Has anyone come across this or recognise the problem?

I tired restarting the computer and this seemed to solve the problem. Has
anyone seen this before though.

Yep, in most cases it was caused by synch software for a PDA.
