Outlook Calendar Share

How can an Outlook 2003 and an Outlook 2007 share their calendars? My staff
are all over the plance and most have 07 and we can email it to each other
and keep it in our own Outlook. One of my staff has 03 and I don't know how
to tell her to be able to share/send hers to the rest of us.

Outlook 2003 does not have the ability to send its calendar to others in the
same way that Outlook 2007 can.

Do you use Exchange at work? Is upgrading everyone to 2007 on the table at
the moment?
