Outlook calendar items from exchange server

When an item is input to the Outlook Calendar, does exchange server dictate
how long it is visible, or will I be able to review old calendar items months
from now?--

If the Exchange admins have set a purge policy for old messages, you could
lose it. If they haven't, you shouldn't.

Check the AutoArchive settings on the Properties dialog of the folder.
