Outlook Calendar customization

Hi all,
I would like to customize the new appointment Calendar form in order to add
a field, a company name, getting values from a SQL server database. Each time
a user defines a new appointment he has to specify the company name too. This
way I can mark the appointment with customer name. Then I would like to read
appointments data from Exchange server so to make statistics among customers.
Is this possible?
