Outlook Calendar Appointments Erased

Our office runs an Exchange Calendar for everyone to look at, and it appears
that all the historical appointments get erased after 7 months. How do i
change this setting, we are required to have the data for 7 - 10 years.

Do you have Auto Archiving set up on that folder? Look at the folder
properties, on the AutoArchive tab.
