Outlook Cached Mode

I have a quick question about the cached mode in Outlook 2003. Where is the
file that holds the cached info from Outlook. And if the Exchange server goes
down and is not abel to be recovered can you import the file into another
installation of Outlook like importing a .pst file in Outlook 2000?

It's in the user's %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. In the event of an Exchange disaster, you
would export the data to a .pst file.
