Outlook - Cache Mode

Guest

I have an Outlook user that since changing him to Cache mode has slow or
crash issues with outlook. This happens intermittently when there is no other
activity on the CPU.

Reading other posts it I tried deleting the *.ost file and re-starting. For
some reason Outlook is creating 3 separate *.ost files.

Is this what is causing the issue? How do I fix it?

If you delete/rename all the ost-files they will all be recreated? To what
version of Exchange do you connect? Are you running Office 2003 SP2? Tried
recreating the entire profile already?
