outlook business contacts manager is corrupted how can I fix it?

When I click send and receive in my outlook, a message pops up to say outlook
business contacts manager is corrupted and wouldn't allow me to do anything
else. Even thought I click on the send report/error, I don't seem to get
anywhere.

Would be great if you can metion the exact error that you get.Also before
you click on the option to send an error report ,can you click on the blue
link which say view details that the error report contains.Let me know the
modname
