Outlook blocking attachments

Hi

I try to send my self excel and access files as attachments but when they
arrive to my home email it is blocked eventhough the security setting is on
low. Could this be the firewall stopping it?

Could be. Here at work our outbound mail server strips attachments on the
way out.

Does your home email actually say there is a blocked attachment?
By default the install of Office with Outlook blocks many as they could
contain macro's
You need to change the Registry to correct this if the answer to my top
line is Yes.
