Outlook being received as a 'compressed file'

When I send an email from Outlook 2003 to one specific receipient, their
firewall quarantines my email saying it is a 'compressed file'.

Has anyone else ever had this, and if so, do you know what is causing it?

This has only become a problem in the last couple of days, prior
communicaitons were fine.

That would only happen if the firewall actually interrogated the content of
your mail. Not likely. Something else is generating the error message, or
the "firewall" is some bloated suite that includes lots more than just
firewalling. Firewalls don't quarantine e-mails. Anti-virus, IPS
(intrustion prevention systems), or something else that interrogates the
content of the e-mail would perform quarantining. You didn't mention WHICH
firewall was showing the message. It really sounds like your recipient
hasn't a clue as to WHAT is really going on.

The problem is with the recipient, not you. If the recipient wants their
problem fixed then the recipient really should be posting here since only
THEY know how their system is setup. You asking about it means we will be
asking questions that you can't answer.

Hi

Thanks for your response....it was just a shot in the dark on my part.
