Outlook Backup utility

Hello everyone!
I am having a problem with microsofts backup utility for
outlook 2003. I downloaded and installed but the backup
is not in the file menu like it is desribed in the
instructions. I have rebooted and all that good stuff.
Also, in my add/remove programs the utility is installed.
Is there something I am missing?

It's under File

try expanding File and see whether it is available (bottom arrow)
