Outlook automatic reply requests

Can anyone tell me how to correct this error?
"The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. Server
Response: '550 relaying mail to lexingtonfamilyoffice.com
is not allowed.'. (Account: 'pop.west.cox.net', SMTP
Server: 'smtp.west.cox.net', Error Number: 0x800ccc79)."

it;'s a server error - your server is blocked from sending by their server.
You'll need to find another way to contact them.
