Recently our office upgrading to Outlook 2003. Most of our Directors still
use Outlook Express 6.0. Within the office we can send/receive attachments.
Directors using Outlook can receive attachements.
Directors using Outlook express can not receive attachements. The security
settings are fine.

Any suggestions?

For more assistance ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office

Isn't the default setting of Outlook to use RTF mail format? Outlook
Express can't read RTF! Change all the O2003 mail formats to either text
or HTML and then the OE users will be able to get the attachments.

In addition to what Robert said, check that the senders aren't using Rich
Text format. Outlook Express cannot receive Rich Text format attachments.
