Outlook Attachments

In XP you could elect to ALWAYS open an attachment with a given extension
(such as .DOC) automatically. However, in Vista you must respond to the
prompt to open it every time. Is there a way to reset so that attachments
will open without the annoying prompt?

Vista should work like XP - it does here. Go to Control panel, default
programs and choose the associate a file type link. If the program you
prefer is listed under set default programs, you can use that dialog
instead.
