Attachements don't open in Outlook.

Attachements in Outlook used to open automatically and now they don't. It
gives me the message "Can Not Open" "Click Auto Search to Open" It will go
to Adobe, but then will still Not open. What do I need to reset or click to
get these attachments to open? I have Office 2007.
