Attachment prompt

How many times do people forget to attach an attachment. You type a long
winded email message then forget to attach the crucial document. Usually
within your email message you would have used the words "I attach", or "have
attached". If Outlook could search for "attach" or "attached" and, if nothing
actually is attached, then prompt a message: "Did you mean to attach
something?" it would stop a lot of annoying resends! Would seem a simple
addition that would save a great deal of annoyance!
