Outlook Attachments OL2000

Recently, when we try to insert attachments in our Outlook, the attachments
no longer automatically go the the bottom of our documents with a line
separating the bottom of our signature from the inserted attachment. If we
insert attachments now, the attachment will insert right in the middle of the
body of our email at whatever is the curent position of the curser. Is there
some setting to get the attachment to automatically go to the bottom? and is
there a way to get that separator line back?

Plain Text and HTML formatted messages will render the attachments in the
panel below the message. Rich Text (and probably using Word as the e-mail
editor) will have the attachments render in the body of the message. With
that said, change the format of the message. (See Tools | Options | Mail
Format)
