outlook attachment problem

Hi All

I have a user using microsoft outlook 2003 behind a pix firewall and exchange server sbs 2003.

When someone forwards email to him not only do the attachments get stripped but the content of the email also gets stripped?
I have had him send an email to himself with an attachment and that worked fine.......
He can recieve all other emails.....can anyone help!!!!
