Outlook as Default Emal Handler

I accidentally made Outlook Express my email handler and
now when I try and link to my email from another source,
Outlook express email message appears. How do I change it
back to Outlook?

Outlook is my default email client, but no the email
handler. I need to make the change back to Outlook.
