Outlook Archive Fails to archive all emails

I am using Outlook 2007 and migrated mail on June 18 from Lotus. All of my
email is in Exchange Server 2007 and it can be viewed in Outlook. However,
if I use the autoarchive features, i can only archive email received after
June 18th.

Any thoughts?

What's the modified date on the messages that you feel should have been
archived? Is it more recent than whatever the archive settings are for?

That is correct, therefore, If I have email from Jan 2007 to now, and I
archive back to Jan 2007, only items after June 2007 are included. The
remainder are not touched,

So... going back to that question about the modified date... Open up the
message and look at the properties. Is the Modified Date more recent than
whatever date you were archiving before?

If using Outlook 2007 are you referring to date in the Internet Headers in
the Message Options Window?

Open E-mail.
Click the Office Button and select properties.

Date is stamped with the same date as displayed in the inbox. Both dates are
within the archiving cycle for example, June 18, however, they are not being
archived.

In that same spot, are the Notes messages marked as Do not AutoArchive this
item?

No they are not marked off as do not archive

I can't see any reason why they won't be archived. So, you know what might
be easiest? Simply make a view sorted by Modified date. Everything else is
already ardhived, so go select everything prior to June 18th (or whenever),
and drag them all to the archive pst (after opening it, of course).

At least, that's what I'd do.
